Ranka Lee (ランカ・リー), born April 29, 2043, is a short but lively, naïve but cheerful girl. She is the younger sister of S.M.S. ace pilot Ozma Lee. At Ozma's suggestion, she works part-time at the Nyan-Nyan Chinese restaurant while going to a girls' high school.
