Ryô Mizutsuki (水月陵, born Kiyoko Yamada [山田企予子] on December 23, 1970) is a female composer and arranger of Japanese video game music based in Hyôgo Prefecture. When performing vocals for video game soundtracks she uses the names KIYO and KIYØ. She has also done voice acting. "Season Off" was her first published song, released in 1991 on a doujin compilation CD.
