Sonomi Tameoka (為岡そのみ) is a J-pop/Urban artist from Tokyo. Sonomi got her start in music when she was 3 years old by learning piano. When she was 14 she bought a keyboard and started producing music. Her early influences were, Hip-Hop, Jazz and Urban. She has collaborated with Sowelu as well as May J. and Rip Slyme. Sonomi's first album, Movin' On, was released July 8th, 2009.
