Tsukasa Usui is a classical composer and arranger born in Tokyo in 1993. He graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music with an award for excellence in music and sound design. Later, he graduated at the top of his class from the graduate school of the same university. He has studied composition under Keiichi Oku, Kosuke Yamashita, Toshiyuki Watanabe, and Masa Matsuura.
