Tahmasbi [Arshad] (1336/10/28- sh) (1957- m) Tahmasbi [Arshad] (1957- Aligoudarz ) He was life in Sanandadj, Hamedan and Tehran at Infancy. His first Tar teacher's were Kazem Lebasi and Siavash Deihimi. His father was Mohammad Reza Lotfi's friend and Arshad teaches Music Introduction from Mohammad Reza Lotfi. Arshad went to Tehran for end of high school. He went to Lotfi’s Classroom and Houshang Zarif (in Music Conservatoire).
