As Blood Runs Black is an American deathcore band from Los Angeles, California formed in 2003. The band was formed from a band called Broken Stems by vocalists Louie Ruvalcaba and Enrique "Ricky" Martin, Bassist Richard Reyes, and guitarists Bjorn Roybal and Kyle Hasenstab, with the drummer, Brian "Animal" Matute leaving and being replaced by Hector "Lech" De Santiago. Before releasing their highly acclaimed debut album, Allegiance, they released 3 demos, with the first demo featuring Hester Prynne and In Dying Days. Read more on Last.fm
