Bolt Thrower were a British death metal band from Coventry, England. The band formed in 1986 and released their debut album in 1988 through Vinyl Solution. They later signed to Earache Records, where they became one of the label’s more commercially successful acts, before moving to Metal Blade Records for their final releases.
