Hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Burbank Cartel was active from 2003-2010. The group contained William Couture (vocals, guitar, synthesizer), Craig Johansen (drums, electronics), Joe Riepenhoff, John Riepenhoff, Nickolas Baker (guitar, vocals), Tim Sabourin (guitar), Seamus Arena (bass).
