Catupecu Machu is an Argentine rock band. Its current band members are Fernando RuĂz DĂaz in voices and guitar; Gabriel RuĂz DĂaz in bass guitar, special effects, samplers, voices and production; Javier "Il Grosso" Herrlein in drums and accordion; and Macabre (MartĂn Gonzalez) in keyboards and samplers. On March 31, 2006 Gabriel RuĂz DĂaz crashed his car against a tree. He suffered severe head trauma and loss of brain matter. He is now stable, but his future as a member of the band is still unknown.
