It was created by Fred Seibert's Frederator Studios, one of the world's leading independent animation producers, responsible for hits like Nickelodeon's The Fairly Oddparents and Oh Yeah! Cartoons, and Cartoon Network's What-A-Cartoon!, The Powerpuff Girls, and Dexter's Laboratory.
