Dahlak is an intellectual young rapper/poet out of Sacramento. He is a member of iLL-Literacy and is a big member on the spoken word circuit. His first album "dual consciousness" released in 2007 and sold out. He recently released a Kanye West tribute "live from the boondocks". This guy is highly skilled and has received some rave reviews from a couple of names that matter, mos def for one. Look for this guy in the future, he reminds me of Lupe Fiasco, but more intellectual and political. Read more on Last.fm
