Daniel Iancu (born May 16, 1962, Ploiesti - Romania) is an engineer and Romanian folk singer. He became famous in 2004 when he released the song "Coming wave, take my horse". He graduated from the University of Petroleum Equipment Oil and Gas - Ploiesti in 1986 and work as drilling engineer. Daniel Iancu living in the Ovidiu city, near Constanta-Romania.
