Unwound covers Joy Division - a strange but concise description for the Phoenix based three-piece, Death of Marat. Members John Brandon, Mike Juliano and Jef Wright (Colorstore) construct a delicate balance of modern off-kilter musicianship, smoothly blending it with the early Goth and New Wave sounds of The Birthday Party and Bauhaus.
