Dexcell are a trio of DnB producers based in Watford. The group consists of Dave Wilson, Adam Smart, and Sammy Stabile. Racking up over 7 million plays of their Ellie Goulding – ‘Starry Eyed’ bootleg, the Hertfordshire-based trio suddenly found themselves the center of attention of fans and the industry alike.
