The School of Magical Animals is a children's book series by German author Margit Auer. The series takes place at Winterstein School, a school in Germany . The town is not specified, nor is the age of the schoolchildren. Unlike typical German schools, this one has magical animals. These animals can talk and become a child's best friend.
