Disharmonic Orchestra is an Austrian death metal and grindcore band. The band was formed in Klagenfurt in 1987. It recorded two demo tapes. A concert in Germany with Pungent Stench led to a record deal with Nuclear Blast in 1989. The first release under this agreement was a split recording with fellow Austrian band Pungent Stench. The band subsequently released two full-length albums through Nuclear Blast before signing a new contract with Steamhammer, through which it issued its third album. Read more on Last.fm
