Dust From 1000 Years is an indie rock band from Bloomington, Indiana. Formed early 2004, they rapidly developed a devoted on-line following. Mixing lo-fi asthetics, lightly picked guitars, matching keyboard melodies, occasional organ flare, and midwestern gothic lyrics, they released their 2005 self-titled album to positive reviews, even being featured artists on Coke Machine Glow and SCTAS.
