EJAE, born Kim Eun-jae on December 6, 1991, in Seoul, South Korea, is a Korean-American singer, songwriter, and producer. She is mostly and best known for her role voicing Rumi in Netflix's KPop Demon Hunters and co-writing and performing the hit song “Golden" and most other songs in the film "Kpop Demon Hunters" EJAE began training under SM Entertainment at around 11 years old and spent nearly a decade preparing to become a K-pop idol.
