Luis Ăngel RamĂrez Saldarriaga AKA El Caballero Gaucho was born in 1917 in Pereira, a city located in the middle of the Colombian Andes. He is, alongside Oscar Agudelo, Olimpo CĂĄrdenas and Tito CortĂ©s, one of the most representative interpreters of early Colombian tango and milonga.
