Enochian Theory was a progressive metal and rock band from Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. Formed in 2004, the band was active until 2018 and became known for exploring themes such as creation, life, hopes, fears, and compulsion. Their music was released under their own label, Anomalousz Music. The band formed in late 2004 with a focus on developing their musicianship and expanding their sound.
