Fergus Neff is from a small town on the east coast of Ireland called Greystones. Back in the mid 90s he gigged around Dublin and North Wicklow with a band called Shelley playing alternative/indie at the more aggressive end of britpop. Shelley split up in 2001 after a run of bass player changes that left the band disheartened. Fergus went on to play with a number of other bands writing constantly in the meantime.
