Forest of Shadows was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in the autumn of 1997 by Niclas Frohagen. After months of searching for members to form the band of my dreams I grew tired and decided to make it a solo-project. During this first period I wrote and recorded the songs āThe Silent Cryā, āUnder the Dying Sunā, āMoments in Solitudeā and āNovember Dreamā.
