Anne Lise Frøkedal (Born 19. july 1981), known by her stage name Frøkedal, is a folk-pop, singer-songwriter from Etne, Norway. She is famously known to be a member of acclaimed Norwegian band I Was A King and, the now defunct band, Harrys Gym. Additionally, she has been part of other musical groups such as Dharma, Lady Hardanger and Heroes & Zeros.
