Francesc Valls (Spanish: Francisco Valls) (Barcelona 1665/1671 - 2 February 1747) was a Catalan composer, theorist and maestro de capilla. Among his most known works are the mass Missa Scala Aretina and tract Mapa ArmĂłnico Práctico. Life In 1696 Francisco Valls was headhunted from the Church of Santa MarĂa del Mar, Barcelona, to the post of Maestro de capilla at Barcelona Cathedral.
