Harter Attack was a New Jersey based thrash metal band, that was founded by guitarist Rich Harter in 1987. Their only full-length album "Human Hell" was released in 1989 and featured Dan Lilker, Anthony Bramante and Glenn Evans of Nuclear Assault as guest musicians. Read more on Last.fm
