Hideki Okugawa (奥河英樹) is a video game music composer and has worked on Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Dead Rising, Street Fighter III and et cetera. Specifically, Street Fighter III features Hip-Hop, Jungle and Drum and Bass tunes. It would be the last mainstream Street Fighter game released for the arcades (not counting Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper and Hyper Street Fighter II, which released for Japanese and Asian arcades) until the announcement of Street Fighter IV in 2008.
