In Aeternum is a Swedish black/death metal band from Sandviken (Gävleborg), formed in 1994. They are veterans of the Swedish underground scene, known for a raw, blasphemous blend of aggressive death metal riffs, black metal atmosphere, melodic elements, and thrashing energy. The band originally started in 1992 under the name Behemoth (not to be confused with the Polish band) by guitarist/bassist David "Impious" Larsson and vocalist Demogorgon. They changed the name to In Aeternum in 1994 and have been led by Larsson ever since. Read more on Last.fm
