Jesús Mora On a dusty nook is Costa Azul, with its stray dogs wrapped with mange, and its local legends like the old haunted house and the taxi driver that offers you free transportation and leaves you at the Jardín Cemetery. In this Mexican northwest town, in Tijuana, Jesús Mora was born. His life hasn't always been in Costa Azul, when he was 5 years old, Jesús and his mother moved to Orange County, California.
