On march of 2001, the band was formed in a dankish basement in the north of Beijing city. After 3 years,the four lazy dizzy guys got their debut album released, called "Drunk is Beautiful". Then Joyside had their first tour around China. The singer Shang Huanhuan called it a "rock'n'roll nightmare". The tour was amazing, was full of passion and chaos, fuddle and shout.
