Julie Pietri (born Nicole Juliette Pietri on May 1, 1955 in Douera, Algeria) is a French singer-songwriter. She gained early recognition with her single "Magdalena" under CBS, followed by a series of hits with the Carrère label, including "Je veux croire", "Amoureux fous", and "C'est comme si". Returning to CBS in the late 1980s, she released her landmark album Le Premier Jour, featuring her biggest tracks "Ève lève-toi". Read more on Last.fm
