Kammerflimmer Kollektief is a band from Karlsruhe that combines elements of improvised noise music or free jazz with electronics, ambient, and contemporary music. The project was founded in 1996 by Thomas Weber . In 1999 the one-man project became a six-piece band. In the same year their debut album Mäander was released on Payola Records. Over time the band went through several lineup changes and now consists of three members. Since the album Absencen (2005), their records have been released on Staubgold. Read more on Last.fm
