King Køng was a German rock band. They achieved relative fame primarily through their lead singer Jan Vetter , who is a member of the band Die Ärzte . The band was founded in 1989 by former Ärzte guitarist Jan Vetter (vocals/guitar), former Ärzte producer Uwe Hoffmann (drums), Christian “Flo” Florie-Albrecht (vocals/guitar) and Ruprecht (bass).
