KriegOPFer was a Latvian rock band consisting of Gatis GrÄ«nbergs (guitar and vocals), Mareks JÄkabsons (guitar and vocals), Mareks Brizga (drums) and KÄrlis Tone (bass and vocals). They formed in Saldus, Latvia in 1999 as a crust punk band, and their sound progressed towards a experimental rock style that also included influences from hardcore punk and metallic hardcore music.
