Kuupuu is a solo project of Jonna Karanka, from Helsinki, Finland. Kuupuu plays partly improvised spooky boogie with tapes, loops, toys, casios, effects and voices. Using delayed effects, she creates a sort of psychedelic sonic shingled effect by drawing from numerous percussion and wind instruments (bells, castanets, whistles, toy piano, etc).
