KVLGST was spawned in 2015 by Urgeist, V. Knüppelknecht and Meister T. in an inebriated state, when their souls where closest to Anima Mundi. Inspired by the ecstasy of the otherworld they proceeded to pursue alchemistic rituals manifested in riffs of chaos and gold.
