Linga is a legendary Latvian rock band from RÄ«ga, Latvia. The band was formed in 1988 by former Zig Zag lead singer Gvido Linga and guitarist Armands CÄlÄ«tis when they co-wrote the song PilsÄta. Its first public performance took place in the festival Roks Par NeatkarÄ«bu in 1989. Gvido Linga passed away on December 20, 2020.
