Lourett Russell Grant was born In the state of New York USA. She was a classical trained pianist and a model. She collaborated with Atlantic Records Producer Silvio Tancredi who was the Italian consulates son. Lourett and Silvio wrote HOT TO TROT which became a hit single on National Airplay lists and entered onto the BILLBOARD CHART at #70 with a bullet.
