MAMALAID RAG (ママレイド ラグ) is a Japanese band that began in Saga Prefecture in 2002. It has had four different members over the years, but currently has only one member, Hirokuni Tanaka (田中拡邦, born May 9 1979). Tanaka writes, sings, plays, engineers, and produces all of MAMALAID RAG's music himself. His main musical influence is the "organic" sounding music of the 1960s and 1970s.
