MC Yallah (Yallah Gaudencia Mbidde) is an Uganda-based Kenyan rapper. She is known for her complex, expressive flows, delivered over beats rooted in āthe vanguard of the African electronic experimental sceneā. She raps in several languages, including Luganda, Luo, Kiswahili, and English. MC Yallah initially became involved in hip-hop in 1999, releasing singles in various rap styles sporadically throughout the 2000s and 2010s.
