Mika Kobayashi (小林未郁, May 31, 1978) is a singer-songwriter and pianist from Hiroshima, Japan. She started singing from an early age and began learning piano from the age of five. When she was 18 she moved from Hiroshima to Tokyo to participate in more professional musical activities. She writes most of her songs herself. At the age of 22 she won the Grand Prix for original song, beating over 1,000 applicants. Her Debut CD was released in 2005. Read more on Last.fm
