Yes, their name is from The Shaggs song. However My Pal Foot Foot aren't quite as shambolic and naive as The Shaggs, yet they are a little mussy and skewed. MPFF are really just two people who write and record pretty minimal music, mostly moody guitar and beautiful vocals.
