Nükhet Ruacan (b. 14 December 1951, Istanbul, Turkey - died 6 May 2007) was a famous professional jazz singer and lecturer in Istanbul Bilgi University. Nükhet Ruacan's career started as a graphic designer in Marmara University. After realizing that singing was much more suitable for her, she left the academy and started working as a pop singer.
