Near Light are an instrumental post-rock group from Bournemouth on the south coast of the United Kingdom. With a multitude of influences behind them, their music has been described as âvery atmosphericâ and âalmost orchestralâ â âthey have managed to create a terrific soundtrack that takes you away to somewhere else.â With a proven determination to create this music with feeling and âcolourâ, the 4-piece released their debut EP online in September 2012 to a small, but strong reception around the world - and took it from there.
