There's more than one artist named Outer out there: 1) Belgian indie classical project OUTER. OUTER is the intimate alter ego of composer Tom Soetaert. Remote places and silent landscapes like Northern Iceland in fall 2016 were the background for songwriting, recordings ánd visuals. "Sunday night music" might be the most accurate description.
