Outo were a popular underground thrashcore band hailing from Osaka, Japan. They were hugely active and apart of the blooming Japanese hardcore movement during the mid to late 80's along side other hardcore bands like Gauze, S.O.B., Lip Cream and others. Read more on Last.fm
