Philippe Wynne (1941-1984), often spelt Philippé Wynne, was an American R&B singer. He is best known as one of the lead singers of the The Spinners from 1970 to 1977, the most successful period for the long running group, with Wynne singing lead on three R&B No.1s. Leaving the Spinners in 1977 to pursue a solo career, Wynne released three albums: Starting All Over (1977), Wynne Jammin' (1980), and Philippe Wynne (1984).
