Formed in 2003 as Significant Elements, guitarist/singer Jørn and bassplayer Eirik found guitarist Eric and drummer Alex, and started rehearsing right away. A couple of shows later, Eirik quit and Alex was replaced by drummer and longtime friend of Jørn, Stix. Kim came in on bass, and the band changed the name to Blind Faith. By 2005, Eric and Kim quit the band right before a show, and the band had to make a quick change in the line-up, with Henning, the younger brother of Jørn, replacing Eric on guitar.
