Q4U is a post-punk band from Reykjavík. It was active in 1980-1983 and again in 1996-1997. It was started by Steinþór Stefánsson (guitar) and girlfriend Linda Garðarsdóttir (voice), Ellý Halldórsdóttir (voice) and her boyfriend Gunnþór Sigurðsson (bass) and Helgi the drummer. Már was the synth player. Helgi and Már soon left and Kormákur Geirharðsson took over the drums. This line-up was filmed for the documentary Rokk í Reykjavík and recorded three songs for the album of the same name. Read more on Last.fm
