Reggie Milner was a relatively obscure American soul and funk singer. As far as we know he released five 45s between 1966 and 1970 on the Ron's and Volt record labels. According to Keith Rylatt's book, Groovesville USA, Milner was hit by a train and killed in 1980. Read more on Last.fm
