Born on the 2nd of August in 1973, Reyn grew up in a village called Katwijk aan Zee situated at the coast of Holland. Reyn's musical career began with classical piano lessons at a young age. He later attended 'HAVO Voor Muziek en Dans' in Rotterdam, a school that specialised in music and ballet alongside conventional curricular schooling.
